That's a beautiful portrait. It feels like the world isn't the same without Maya. Of course, her words and spirit live on, but there was a comfort knowing she was alive.

An inspiration now and always. We saw her here in Edmonton a couple of years ago when she was doing a lecture tour. She was in a wheelchair then and only strong enough to speak for about an hour. But she spoke beautifully and without notes! It was so wonderful to listen to her stories.
What an extraordinary woman she was. Such a loss to the world.
